Re: Research Impact Statements for Center of Excellence Proposal

The Northwest Center for Small Fruits Research held a work session on October 23, 2014 to begin developing a proposal for the USDA Specialty Crop Research Initiative grant program under the Centers of Excellence provision in the 2014 Farm Bill. In preparation for the RFP being released, we are working to put some of the proposal components together ahead of time.

If you have received funding from the Center for your research project(s) in the past, we should have research impact statements from you already.

However, if you have any updates on your research results and have any new statistics on economic, environmental, etc. impacts, please fill out the NCSFR Research Impact Statement Form and email to us as soon as possible, but no later than Tuesday, January 13, 2015.

This information is critical for finalizing the Centers proposal. Thank you for your help!
