Awardee Expectations
If you are in your final year of funding (year 1 of 1, year 2 of 2, or year 3 of 3) or if you filed a no cost extension, you are required to do an Oral Presentation at the NCSFR Annual Conference.
Oral Presentation : Overview and Outline
The presentation format should be 15 minutes for slides, 5 minutes for Q&A. Majority of slides should concentrate on outcomes, what these outcomes mean for industry, and application of findings in real life settings. All presentation recordings will be posted to the WebEx platform for our virtual attendees. Please note:
- The PI is responsible for attending in person and presenting.
- The PI must purchase a ticket. Funds for attendance are expected to come from your grant.
Other Expectations
Final year projects are required to complete a final report in October prior to the conference. The NCSFR administration will send a link for all awardees to complete this closer to the due date.
